The LCA will meet for lunch at the Penderel’s Oak Pub, High Holborn, at 12.00pm on Saturday 7th July 2018.
After lunch, the Rosyer Lecture, will be held at the City Lit in 1-10 Keeley Street, WC2B 4BA (020 7831 7831) – 2.30pm for 3.00pm – which is an 8 minute walk (just under 700 yards) from Penderel’s Oak. Admission is free of charge.

The Lecturer : Bernard Deacon

Subject: “Cornwall’s First Golden Age: From Arthur to the Normans”.

Rosyer is the bardic name of one of the former members of the City Lit., Cornish Society and a lecture is given every year in his memory.

It would help to know numbers attending so that we can book tables at Penderel’s Oak, and to advise our member at City Lit. Hilary Paddon.

Do come and enjoy Lunch and, if possible, the Rosyer Lecture.
